Edurise Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 

Welcome to Edurise! These Terms and Conditions
("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edurise platform and
services ("Services"), whether via our website, mobile application,
or any other digital interface operated by Edurise ("we,"
"us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to
use our Services or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Services Provided Edurise offers the following
services:

• One-on-one
  online tutoring


• Personalized
  academic support


• Integration
  with school subjects


• University
  admission support


• Educational
  consultancy


• Special
  education programs

All services are subject to availability and may be
modified, expanded, or discontinued without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Provide
  accurate, current, and complete information during registration and
  throughout the use of the Services.


• Maintain
  the confidentiality and security of login credentials.


• Use
  the Services solely for lawful, educational purposes.


• Refrain
  from any unauthorized, disruptive, or harmful behavior on the platform.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Fees
  are charged according to the selected service plan or package.


• All
  payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement
  or promotional offer.


• For
  installment plans, failure to pay on schedule may result in service
  suspension or termination.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Sessions
  must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.


• Late
  cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited and
  counted as used.

6. Intellectual Property All content, materials,
designs, interfaces, logos, and instructional methods are the exclusive
intellectual property of Edurise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or
distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content Users are responsible for
any content they upload to the platform. By submitting content, users grant
Edurise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such
content to deliver and improve the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability Edurise shall not be
liable for:

• Indirect,
  incidental, or consequential damages.


• Academic
  outcomes or university admission results.


• Failures
  or issues arising from third-party tools or integrations.

9. Privacy Policy Our practices regarding the
collection, use, and protection of user data are outlined in our Privacy
Policy. By using our platform, you agree to these practices.

10. Termination of Access We reserve the right to
suspend or terminate any user’s access to the Services in case of a breach of
these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

11. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual
Property Protection Users acknowledge that all information, visuals,
methods, and technologies used within Edurise constitute proprietary,
confidential material protected by applicable IP laws. Users are prohibited
from:

• Replicating
  or reusing any part of the platform’s design, structure, or educational
  model.


• Sharing
  any internal knowledge, strategies, or materials with third parties
  without prior written consent from Edurise.


• Developing
  or supporting competing services using any Edurise assets.

Penalty Clause: Any breach of this NDA and IP
agreement will subject the violator to:

• Financial
  compensation for actual and consequential damages as determined by
  Edurise.


• A
  non-negotiable penalty of no less than 50,000 EUR per violation.


• Payment
  of all legal and enforcement-related expenses incurred by Edurise. This
  clause remains binding for a minimum of five (5) years after the user
  ceases using the Services.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the
laws, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in its
competent courts.

13. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these
Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes
acceptance of the new Terms.
